Come join us for Mid-Week Meditation – Facilitated by Teresa

2nd and 4th Wednesday evening each month, 6-7pm.

Meditation can help you reduce negative emotions, increase positive emotions, and improve your overall well-being. It can also help you improve your sleep, increase your self-awareness, and enhance your ability to manage stress.
