Reiki Practitioner/Healer
I am a 3rd degree Reiki practitioner dedicated to helping others find peace and healing through intuitive energy work, light touch, and crystal gridding the body. My practice focuses on creating a sacred space for you to relax, ground, and connect with the healing energies of Mother Earth and The Divine, while gently balancing the energy systems and releasing energies that no longer serve you.
My journey to becoming a Reiki practitioner began from a place of disconnection. I wasn’t living my own truth and had lost my connection to nature, to Mother Earth, to the stars, to the ancestors and the helpers, to other beings, and most importantly, to myself. I had lost my compassion. Fear, anger, and despair had become my constant companions.
Everything changed when I received my first Reiki session. That experience awakened me to the loving healing energy that surrounds us all. Through subsequent sessions, I learned to ground myself, breathe mindfully, meditate, and let go of what no longer served me. I felt my soul being restored as I reconnected deeply with Mother Earth and all life that exists upon her.
This profound transformation sparked my desire to learn Reiki so I could share this healing gift with those I loved. Now, ten years after my first Reiki session, I can honestly say that it has transformed not only my life but the lives of those around me.
